Who I am

By day I'm a Deputy Manager in Stock Availability at a major UK online retailer — a high-volume, tech-led fulfilment operation where stock management is the whole job. It's what I do day in, day out. So when I tell you your reorder points are wrong or you've got £20,000 sitting in dead inventory, it's not a guess.


I started The Stock Desk because most small eCommerce businesses don't need expensive software or a full-time ops hire to get their stock under control. They just need a simple system built by someone who actually understands the problem. That's what I do.

How I work

A few things you should know.


Straight talking

I will tell you exactly what I find — including things you might not want to hear. If your stock is well managed I will tell you that too. You will never get vague recommendations designed to justify a fee.


No tie-ins

Every retainer runs on a rolling 30-day basis. I do not believe in locking clients in. If the service stops being worth it, cancel. I keep clients by delivering results, not by making it difficult to leave.


Operator first

I am not a consultant who learned stock from a spreadsheet template. I work in warehousing and logistics every day. The problems I help you solve are ones I see up close, constantly.

Either a one-off Stock Audit to see what's really going on, or straight into a monthly retainer if you already know you need ongoing support.

I set up your personalised stock dashboard, calculate your reorder points, and get everything running. No software for you to install, no lengthy onboarding calls.
