How much does it cost?

There are three options depending on what you need. A one-off Stock Audit is £297 and gives you a full picture of your stock health within 48 hours of sending your data. The Starter Stock System is £597/month and includes a weekly report every Monday plus a monthly review call. The Growth Stock Partner is £1,200/month and adds demand forecasting, supplier order optimisation, and direct WhatsApp access throughout the week. Not sure which is right for you? What happens on the discovery call?

It's a straightforward 20-minute conversation — no pitch, no pressure. I'll ask you about your current stock setup, how you manage reordering, whether you've had stockouts recently, and how much slow inventory you think you're sitting on. By the end of the call I'll give you an honest recommendation on whether a Stock Audit or ongoing support is the right fit. If it turns out you don't need my help, I'll tell you that too.


What data do I need to provide?

Just a simple export from your store — your product list, current stock levels, sales from the last 30 days, and your supplier lead times.


How long before I see results?

Most clients identify at least one significant issue during the Stock Audit itself — whether that's a product about to run out, cash tied up in slow inventory, or a reorder point set far too low. From there the weekly system gives you immediate, actionable clarity every single Monday. The forecasting and cash flow improvements compound over time, typically becoming very visible within the first 60–90 days.


Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. Monthly retainers run on a rolling 30-day basis — you can cancel with 30 days written notice at any time. There are no tie-ins, no setup fees, and no exit penalties. I keep clients because the service is worth it, not because of a contract.


What if I only want the one-off audit for now?

That's absolutely fine — the audit is designed to stand alone and give you real value regardless of whether you go further. Many clients start there, act on the findings themselves, and come back for ongoing support a few months later when they want the weekly system in place. There's no pressure either way.


What size brand do you work with?

Typically Shopify and DTC brands doing between £20,000 and £2,000,000 in annual revenue. Small enough that they don't have a dedicated ops team, big enough that poor stock management is actively costing them money. How do I share my data with you — is it secure?

All data is shared via a private Google Drive folder. Before any work begins you will receive a client agreement that includes a full confidentiality clause — your sales data and product information is never shared with any third party under any circumstances.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. If you start on the Starter plan and want to add forecasting and WhatsApp access you can move to the Growth tier at any time with no penalty. Equally if your needs change you can scale back. Just let me know and we'll adjust from the next billing date.
